Shipping

Orders placed before 15:00 are shipped on the same working day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are shipped on the next working day. During promotions and around public holidays, delivery times may vary slightly due to increased demand.

Returns

At Prodecoys you have the right to register a product for return within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. After registering the return, you have another 14 days to actually send the product back.

The following conditions apply:

• The item is undamaged, complete and has only been unpacked and/or used to the extent necessary to decide whether you wish to keep the product.
• The product is returned in its original packaging.
• Discounted items cannot be returned.
• Custom-made products cannot be returned. These are designed especially for the customer or made in a different size, so we ask you to check the products carefully before approving them.

You can return the products by post. The shipping costs of a return are always at your own expense. If the products are unused and undamaged and have been returned on time and correctly, Prodecoys will refund the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, to your account within 14 working days.

If the product is already damaged or incomplete on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible (within 3 working days). We will work out a suitable solution together with you.

Complaints

Something may occasionally not go entirely as planned. We advise you to report any complaints to us first by emailing info@lokganzen.nl. We will deal with it as soon as possible. If this does not lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute via the ODR platform of the European Commission, which can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file it via the platform of the European Union.
