SEISSIGER’s high-performance alkaline throwaway batteries are specially designed for high current and long life. This makes them the ideal alkaline batteries for use in wildlife cameras and other professional applications. Due to their high energy density and design, they can easily be stored for up to 10 years without performance degradation.

SEISSIGER wildlife cameras operate at a voltage of 6.0 to 7.4 volts. This voltage is achieved with 4 batteries of 1.5 volts each. You can also operate the cameras with 8 or 12 batteries. For maximum life and reliability, always use 12 batteries.

Note on using batteries in SEISSIGER wildlife cameras:
Batteries discharge faster than disposable batteries and have a lower energy density. NiMH batteries have only a nominal voltage of 1.2 volts. Alkaline disposable batteries have at least 1.5 volts, usually slightly more. A total of 4 batteries of 1.2 volts each do not provide the required voltage of 6.0 volts and therefore cannot guarantee reliable operation. Therefore, SEISSIGER wildlife cameras are only supplied with high-quality disposable 1.5-volt batteries.
